Enriched Air ("Nitrox") is one of the most popular specialty scuba diving courses, and its easy to see why. Scuba diving with nitrox gives you more no-decompression dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive dives. You typically stay down longer, get back in the water sooner and many people report ending the day feeling less tired. No wonder many divers choose this as their very first specialty.
